Not everyone can afford hundreds of dollars worth of workout classes, so today I want to share my favourite workout videos you can do in the comfort of your own home! I often find workout videos through Instagram, because a lot of fitness influencers have linked YouTube accounts to post their videos. There are thousands of influencers who post free workouts regularly, many of who created their businesses solely based on their success on Instagram.
What I feel plays a huge factor in the success of Instagram fitness influencers is that they are able to connect with their followers, and eventually earn “celebrity” status. This status transfers to their videos, making them even more successful.
Today I want to point out three of my favourite workout videos from three of my favourite fitness influencers so we can all work(out) from home!
1) Pamela Reif

This video is an amazing combination of standing and floor work, and you don’t need any equipment. She also does a three second countdown between workouts, plays upbeat music and gives a short break in the middle. This video is my go-to!
2) Gabriella Whited

Gabriella is a combination of fitness and lifestyle influencer. I love that she posts great workout videos, but also posts videos about body image and what it is like to grow up as a girl in todays world. This video in particular I love because shes so enthusiastic while doing the workout with you, and is encouraging you the entire time!
3) Kayla Itsines

I have been following Kayla’s workouts since I was in grade 9! She has become so successful from her Instagram following and has become nationally recognized from it. She has a variety of workouts, for all different levels of ability. She also has an app available for download on the app store called SweatWithKayla. This is a great workout because its an all-in-one full body workout, and you don’t have to switch to different workouts for each body part.
These are my top three, but as always… I want your recommendations!! I am always looking for fun ways to revamp my routine!
